We kindly inform you that the update of the filter will be visible in the Entries 2.0 report and in Statistics> Entries / Exits on the Member’s profile.
On the Member’s Profile, the “Entry attempt” filter will be replaced with a filter named “Entries” with a multiple selection option (multiselect): All, Valid, Incorrect, Rejected.
Also the “Entry attempt” column will be changed to the Entries column with the values: Valid, Invalid, Rejected.
Correct – the entry has been completed, the club member has met the entry requirements (active pass, without arrears etc.)
Incorrect – the employee allowed the club member to enter the club, despite the failure to meet any of the conditions (e.g. no membership, overdue, inactive membership, etc.)
Rejected – an attempt to enter the club member through the access control, the club member has not been admitted for a specific reason (no membership, arrears, the membership is inactive or frozen on this date, etc.)
In the report Entries 2.0. also the column “Attempted Entry” will be changed to “Entries” with the values listed above.
