For direct debit payments to work, it is required to provide an authorisation. We will show you how to download it both from the Club’s side and from the Member area.
Downloading the authorisation by the Club’s Staff
1. Go to the Members -> Members tab and select a Member’s profile.
2. Go to the Memberships tab.
3. Click the direct debit icon 
located on the right side of the membership:
4. The authorisation form is generated automatically.
The authorisation is to be signed by the Member.
Downloading the authorisation from the Member area
1. A Member logs into the Member area and goes to the Memberships tab.
2. Then, clicks the Print option:
3. The authorisation form is generated automatically. The already signed authorisation is to be delivered to the club.
