How to make a one-time online payment?

In this article, you will learn how Members can pay for their memberships using one-time online payments. 

Making payments during the process of purchasing a membership

1. A Member goes to the Member Area.

2. Then, they go to the Buy a Membership tab:

 

3. After that, they choose a membership and fill-in the personal data form.

4. After getting to the Buy and pay button


an option to choose a payment method appears:

5. The Member will be taken to the payment gateway, where they will be able to choose and login into their online banking system, in order to perform the transaction.

6. After making the payment, they are taken to the Memberships tab alongside information about the successful payment:


Making payments for installments or fees in an already purchased membership

1. A Member logs into the Member Area and goes to the Memberships tab:

2. Then, they click on the Pay now option next to an installment or fee:

3. The Member is then taken to the payment gateway, where they will be able to choose and login into their online banking system, in order to perform the transaction.

4. After the payment has been made, the system will take the Member back to the Memberships tab alongside information about the successful payment:

After each online payment, an automatic invoice shall be issued. Automatic invoices are recommended form of booking online payments.

Invoices can be downloaded by Members in the Member Area in the Invoices tab:
