You will learn about new functions for the personal training packages, such as an automated notification about the booking or the possibility to change the package ending date.
1. Managing the already sold personal trainings package
Go to the Members -> Members tab -> enter the member’s profile -> PT tab -> Packages and hover the cursor over the cog wheel icon near the package.
Three options are available:
- Change end date – this option allows you to close the PT package before it’s ending date or to prolong it
- Additional PT session – this option allows you to add an additional training to the package, e.g. as a bonus
- Cancel – this option allows you to cancel an unused PT package. Cancellation does not affect the fiscal documents issued for the sale, so be sure to cancel the receipt manually after cancelling the package on the member’s profile
2. Automated notification about the training reservation
Move to the Club settings -> Automation -> Personal trainings -> Confirmation of training reservation:
- Bookings – enable automated notifications with a confirmation of a personal training being reserved and about incoming training session. These messages can be sent as an e-mail, push or SMS message
- Message exchange with trainer – enable an automated notification, that will be sent to your trainer, about a new session being booked. This message can be sent as an e-mail, push or SMS message
Important! These notifications are related only to the separate PT calendar from the My calendar -> PT tab.
