Create a voucher for a selected membership, thanks to which your Members will be able to gift it to their friends and family.
Important! Vouchers can only be purchased using one-time online payments. A VAT invoice will always be issued for the purchased vouchers.
Creating a voucher template
The system already includes a default voucher template, which automatically pulls data from the system using inserted fields (values in square brackets). You can edit it or create your own template from scratch.
1. First, go to the Marketing tab -> Sales promotions -> Voucher templates:
2. Use the editor to create the voucher template and then fill it in with the appropriate fields:
Below the editor, you will find fields (values in square brackets). Click on a field to insert it into the template:

Creating a voucher
1. Go to the Marketing tab -> Sales Promotions -> Vouchers -> click on the plus icon in the upper right corner:
2. Fill in the fields:
- Voucher Name – enter the name of the voucher
- Template Selection – choose one of the templates previously created in the Marketing -> Sales promotions -> Voucher templates
- Membership Covered by the Offer – select the membership that the voucher can be used for (only Open and Limited number of entries memberships are available)
- Clubs Covered by the Offer – select the clubs where the voucher will be valid (filter available only for club networks)
- Offer Availability (From–To) – select the date range during which the voucher can be purchased
- Voucher Validity – specify whether the voucher code should be valid indefinitely or for a specific number of months after purchase. If you choose the latter, fill in the field “Number of months of voucher validity” field
- Price – enter the voucher price
- VAT Rate – set the VAT rate for the voucher sale
- Invoice Name – enter the voucher name that will appear on the fiscal document
- Voucher Description – provide descriptions to encourage purchase
3. Save the changes. Voucher codes will be generated automatically after purchase.
Also enable the notification related to voucher purchases in the Club Settings (or Chain Settings for club networks) -> Automation:
The invoice for the voucher purchase is sent via an automatic notification titled “Invoice to download,” which you can find in the same tab:
Remember to also activate the consent for purchasing vouchers. To do this, go to the Club Settings (or Chain Settings for club networks) -> Configuration -> Member’s options -> Member consents.
In addition to the voucher consent, you can edit or create any other consent to make it available during the voucher purchase process.
Purchasing a Voucher in the Mobile App
Vouchers can be purchased through the mobile app, and if you have your own website built using the API, you can also add the voucher sales option there.
1. To purchase a voucher in the mobile app, the Member navigates to their profile by clicking on the icon in the upper left corner, and then goes to the My Vouchers tab:
2. After clicking the “Buy Voucher” button, the Member chooses one of the available vouchers:
3. After clicking the “Buy Voucher” button again, the Member provides the required personal consents and then proceeds to payment by clicking on the “Continue” button:
Payment for the voucher is made via a one-time online payment.
The purchased vouchers can be found by the Member by going to their profile in the mobile app and then to the “My Vouchers” tab:
The voucher code will also be sent to the Member’s email address.
It’s also possible to purchase a voucher without logging into the club in the app. To do this, the Member goes to the selected club’s page and selects the “Get Started” option at the bottom of the screen:
At the top of the screen, the Member selects “Voucher”. After choosing the offer they’re interested in, they click the “Buy Voucher” button and fill out the form with their details:
Redeeming a Voucher Code in the Mobile App
1. The Member goes to the club’s main page and clicks on the “Redeem voucher” button:
2. After entering the code and clicking the “Confirm” button, the Member provides the required consents associated with the membership included in the offer:

The voucher code can also be redeemed on the club’s main page in the mobile app by clicking on the “Redeem voucher” button at the bottom of the screen:
Redeeming a Voucher Code in the System
1. Go to the Member’s profile, then to the Memberships tab, and click on the plus icon in the upper right corner to add a new membership:
2. Enter the voucher code in the “Discount coupon / Voucher code” field and activate it:

Purchased vouchers are displayed in the Marketing tab -> Sales promotions -> Vouchers -> click the gear icon on the right side of the selected voucher -> Voucher list:
