We kindly inform you that the fees in the eFitness system will be moved to the Chain settings, in case of chain Clubs. Aggregates and groups of clubs in aggregates will appear.
In local clubs, the rules of operation will remain the same, but their appearance will also change.
Changes: a list with columns for all fees will be displayed, with the option of adding another group for a specific type of fee. Filters will be also displayed in the list.
You will be able to create groups in one aggregate.
Example:
“Poland 5 clubs” aggregate and “Germany 10 clubs” aggregate -> in one Club chain. For the “Poland” aggregate with 5 clubs, it will be possible to create 2 groups for the “entry fee”.
The first group: clubs A, B and C = PLN 50 23% VAT, the name on the receipt is “entry fee”.
In the second group: clubs D and E = PLN 20 8% VAT, the name on the receipt is “entry fee”.
In the “Definition of fees for individual groups”, the following options will be available: “on / off” and “Print receipt”. A new tab “Settings for fees” will also be added, in which the options “One-time fee for joining the club” and “Penalty – unpaid installment” will appear as chain settings.
From now on groups for specific fee types can be created in the Club chain settings.
Example:
If the parameters in the entry fee in several clubs in the chain are identical – they will be added to one group.
If there are different data (e.g. for the registration fee), different groups will be added:
group 1: clubs a and b = price of 50
group 2: clubs c and d = price 40
If we want to change the fee in club C to 50, but in order for club D to still have a fee of PLN 40 – club C must first be disconnected from the second group, and then it can be connected to the first group. The same club cannot be in two groups at the same time.
