New: Two-step verification when logging in

We kindly inform you that keeping in mind the security of your data, a new improvement will appear in the system – the possibility of two-step logging.

Thanks to the two-step logging in, you can be sure that it is an employee with an assigned login that logs into the system. Login can be confirmed by e-mail and/or text message.

The option to enable two-step verification has been added in the Employee editing view. Select whether the verification is to take place via e-mail and/or text message – the selection is possible in the “Additional data” tab on the Employee Profile.

In addition, on the Employees list, we have added an option to the role and function assignment button that allows you to set up two-step login verification in bulk. After selecting Employee profiles and selecting this function, a window will appear, where we will decide which channel we will verify logging in.

After enabling the two-step login, the Employee will receive an access code to his e-mail or telephone number (depending on the option selected) after entering the login and password. After entering the six-digit code, the Employee will be able to log into the system.

Sending e-mails with two-step login works through the club’s channel. The club should have e-mail notifications enabled and the account filled with correct data.

When verifying by SMS, the club should also have SMS sending enabled. If sending is disabled or the limit of sent messages has been reached – employees will have trouble logging in.
