We kindly inform you that a new report will appear in the eFitness system – “Leads Report”.
The “Leads report” will be helpful in:
- front-desk work – employees will be able to search for clients for whom no CRM activities have yet been started.
- the work of club managers – they will be able to see the people on the lead list along with the number of tasks that have been added to them recently. The manager will also be able to see how many tasks have been added to a particular lead (as a lead, we mean any person who can sell a contract, even a person with an “active ok” status) and how many of them have been completed.
In addition, the report will have filters, an option to group and export to Excel. The report will allow you to perform collective actions such as: sending an email, SMS, adding a tag, bonus points and CRM actions.
