How to enable QR codes in your club?

QR codes, apart from club cards, are one of the methods of access control available in eFitness for your club. These codes are available in eFitness mobile app, which is free of charge for your club members. If you would like to make access to your club easier, QR codes are an ideal solution.

Launching QR codes

1. To use QR codes you will need a dedicated scanner, which is integrated with our system. After receiving your new scanner (which can be ordered via our CR department), please write a ticket to our Support team. Your ticket should include login (ID) and password for the TeamViewer application. We will connect to your computer remotely and configure the scanner properly.

2. We will also need to enable our eFitness app for your club, which is paid extra. Here you will find more informations about our mobile app.

In order to send a new ticket to our Support, on the upper bar, choose the cloud icon and click on the “Issue a ticket and discuss” button. Next, to create a new ticket, use the plus icon located in the right upper part of the screen:

Information about the cost of purchasing a new scanner and enabling our mobile application will be sent in the answer to your ticket.

Registering entry to the club when using QR codes

QR code is automatically generated in our mobile app. Member should open it and bring the smartphone close to the scanner, in order to scan the code:

After the code is read, an entry page will be opened, where you should mark the entrance of this member.

If you have access control based on automatic gates in your club, after scanning the QR code, the gate will be opened and member will be able to enter the club freely.
