To further improve communication, in the eFitness system, you can send an email and SMS notifications to children and their parents, both automatic (e.g., booking class confirmation) and one-off (e.g., competition reminder). In addition, if a child does not have their email or phone number on the profile, you can notify their parent.
The new solution will ensure that club messages to younger children can go to their parents, and older children can read messages on their phones.
