Check the number of active memberships using the Memberships 2.0 report. In this report you will also find information that were included in archive reports.
The Memberships 2.0 report can be found in the Reports tab -> Memberships -> Memberships 2.0:
Options available in Memberships 2.0 report
In the Memberships 2.0 report, there is a “More filters” option. When you click on it, more filters appear and then you can select more detailed information that will show up in this report:
In the Memberships 2.0 report there is also a “Select additional information” option. After clicking on it, it is possible to select additional information that will be displayed in the searching results.:
After selecting additional information the report will reload and show detailed data:

How does Memberships 2.0 report work?
Filtering capabilities for active memberships
1. Active + Any (Type of adding the membership)
All active memberships at the selected time, including freepass and external system type (e.g. multisport):
Important! The Memberships 2.0 report with Active + any type of adding the membership filters works in the same way as the “Summary of active memberships” archive report.
2. Active + Manual (Type of adding the membership) + Any (Way of adding the membership)
Active memberships at the selected time, including freepass and external system type (e.g. multisport), excluding automatic renewed memberships and continuation with another membership:
3. Active + Manual (Type of adding the membership) + Returning purchase of a membership (Way of adding the membership)
Active memberships at the selected time, which are consecutive memberships on a member’s profile (start date is later than the start date of the previous added membership on the member’s profile) without freepass and external system type (e.g. multisport). Automatically renewed memberships and continuations with another membership are not included in this filtering:
4. Active + Manual (Type of adding the membership) + New membership (Way of adding the membership)
Active memberships at the selected time that are the first membership on member’s profile (also as a result of cession). Freepass type memberships and memberships with an external system (e.g. multisport) are not taken into account. If two memberships were added on the same day and are still active, both will be included in the searching results:
5. Active + Automatic (Type of adding the membership) + Renewal (Way of adding the membership)
Active memberships at the selected time, which were added to the member’s profile automatically after the previous membership ended (after the end of the membership there was an automatic renewal, according to the membership definition):
6. Active + Automatic (Type of adding the membership) + Changed to indefinite (Way of adding the membership)
Memberships that were active at the selected time and changed their period to indefinite (in the selected date range they have already changed their period to indefinite), according to the membership definition:
7. Active + Automatic (Type of adding the membership) + Continue with selected membership (Way of adding the membership)
Memberships that were active at the selected time and are a continuation of a previously added membership (after termination, the membership renewed to another selected membership, according to the membership definition):
