What settings can be found in the Member’s options part?

You will learn how to define required fields when adding a new member, as well as how to set up consent for email notifications and acceptance of the terms and conditions.

1. Member data

Go to the Club settings > Configuration > Member’s options > Member data.

Select the checkboxes next to the field names to mark them as required (with an asterisk) or to make them additionally available when manually adding a member in the eFitness system. You can find an article about adding a member here: member registration form.

2. Agreement templates and fees templates

You can find them under Club settings > Configuration > Member’s options > Agreements templates / Fees templates.

Create a template for a contract or an additional fee.

The fee template is selected after adding a fee to the member’s membership.

3. Member consents

Using the plus icon, you can add a member consent, for example, for the terms and conditions of the club. You can find information on how to create and manage personal consents in the tutorial.

You can find member consents in the tab Club settings > Configuration > Member’s options > Member consents.

4. GDPR

Decide which data will be anonymized, meaning deleted after a defined period in accordance with the club’s policy and legal regulations. After switching the toggle to “Yes,” enter the time frame. Access this section by going to Club settings > Configuration > Member’s options > GDPR.
